Guest cancellations
Each retreat listing may specify its own cancellation window (for example, flexible, moderate, or strict). The policy shown at checkout applies to that booking.
Host cancellations
Hosts are expected to avoid cancellations. If a host cancels, guests are eligible for support, alternative options where available, and any refund required by policy or law.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. Timing may vary by payment provider and bank.
