Cookie policy
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and keep you signed in. Page analytics from Vercel does not set a cookie.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. We use them sparingly — mainly to keep you signed in and to keep the booking flow secure. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data gathered from them.
Types of cookies
- Strictly necessary — signed-in session (httpOnly access and refresh cookies) and security
- Preferences — display currency in local storage, not a cookie
- Analytics — Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless; it does not set an advertising cookie
Cookies we set
Our own cookies are limited to what the service needs to function.
- access and refresh — httpOnly session tokens that keep you signed in and let your session renew without re-entering your password
- auth_profile — a readable cookie holding your display name and role, so dashboard navigation renders correctly
- Locale and consent — remember your language choice and whether you have acknowledged our cookie notice
Third-party technologies
Our payment provider may set cookies within its own checkout components for fraud prevention and to complete a transaction securely. Embedded content such as maps or video may set cookies from its provider when it loads. Those cookies are governed by the provider's own policy.
Your choices
Essential session cookies are required to log in and complete a booking. You can control other cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out.
Every mainstream browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies in its settings. Blocking all cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing a booking. Because we do not run advertising trackers, there is nothing further to opt out of.
